Respect creators and act on valid notices.

1. User responsibility

Users may process content only when they own it, have permission, hold an applicable license, or are otherwise authorized by law. Public availability alone does not establish permission to download, reuse, or distribute media.

NvidSave does not authorize infringement and does not bypass DRM, passwords, subscriptions, or private access controls.

Before inspection or download, users must make an affirmative ownership-or-permission declaration. That declaration does not create rights or replace any permission required from a rights holder or source platform.

2. How NvidSave handles media

NvidSave does not publish a searchable library of third-party media. It processes a URL supplied by a user, creates a temporary output when technically available, and expires the file and associated job record after 30 minutes.

The source platform continues to control the original content. A report should therefore also be sent to the source platform when removal of the original is requested.

• Only allowlisted public-platform hosts are accepted, and playlist processing is disabled.
• Account cookies are never loaded by the public extractor workflow.
• DRM, login, payment, subscription, age, and geographic restrictions are not bypassed.
• Protected or restricted-media errors stop processing without producing a file.

3. Sending a copyright notice

A rights holder or authorized agent should provide the following information so a report can be evaluated without unnecessary delay:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• The exact source-platform URL or other information sufficient to locate the reported material in NvidSave compatibility systems.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

4. Review and action

We review complete, good-faith notices and may disable a URL pattern or platform workflow, preserve limited records where legally required, request clarification, and take other appropriate action. Temporary files may already have expired before a notice arrives.

We may notify an affected user when we have sufficient contact information and when notice is legally permitted.

5. Counter-notices

If access was restricted because of mistake or misidentification, an affected party may send a counter-notice identifying the material and previous location, explaining the good-faith basis for restoration, providing contact details and a signature, and including any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.

Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Consider obtaining independent legal advice.

6. Repeat abuse

NvidSave may restrict users, network sources, URLs, or platform integrations associated with repeated infringement, fraudulent notices, or misuse. We may also cooperate with valid court orders and lawful government requests.

7. Copyright contact

Send notices in plain text or PDF and include “Copyright Notice” in the subject line. Attachments or links that appear unsafe may not be opened.

This public contact does not represent that NvidSave has completed any jurisdiction-specific service-provider or designated-agent registration. Any required registration must be completed separately before relying on statutory safe-harbor procedures.
