Privacy without vague promises.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to the NvidSave website, its public API, and the temporary media-processing workflow. NvidSave is the operator responsible for information processed for these services.

2. Information we process

We process only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

• The public media URL you submit, including any identifiers or query parameters contained in that URL.
• Your selected output format, quality preference, language, job identifier, progress, and processing result.
• Basic request and security data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, response status, and rate-limit events that may appear in server or hosting logs.
• Information you voluntarily include when contacting support, privacy, or copyright channels.

3. Why we use this information

Submitted URLs and settings are used to validate a source, request the public media from the source platform, prepare the selected file, deliver it to you, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and compliance with law. NvidSave does not use submitted URLs to build advertising profiles.

4. Temporary files and retention

Prepared files and in-memory job records expire 30 minutes after creation and are removed during automatic cleanup. You can also reset a completed job to request earlier removal.

Operational and security logs may be retained by our infrastructure for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Support or legal correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve the request and meet record-keeping duties.

5. Sharing and third-party platforms

To perform your request, the service connects to the source platform named in your submitted URL. That platform receives a request from NvidSave infrastructure and applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Hosting, content-delivery, security, and monitoring providers may process limited technical data on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies, analytics, and automated decisions

The current public downloader does not require advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Essential browser storage may be introduced only when needed for security, language, or user-requested settings and will be documented here.

NvidSave does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

7. Security and international processing

We use access controls, bounded file sizes, host allowlists, short retention, and transport security as safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning your personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because download jobs are short-lived and generally not tied to an account, we may need reasonable details to locate a record and verify that a request concerns you. You can avoid submitting a URL if you do not want it processed.

9. Children and policy changes

NvidSave is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Users who cannot legally agree to the Terms should not use the service.

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, a prominent notice.
