Terms of use
These terms set the rules for using the NvidSave website, API, and temporary download service. By using the service, you agree to follow them.
Use links that are publicly accessible without bypassing accounts, payment, or technical protection.
Download only content you own or are legally authorized to save and use.
Platforms, formats, quality, and processing may change or become unavailable without notice.
By accessing NvidSave, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Copyright Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use NvidSave for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
NvidSave accepts eligible public URLs, checks available source formats, temporarily processes a requested video or audio output, and provides a short-lived file link. NvidSave does not operate the third-party platforms from which public media is requested.
You may use NvidSave only when your request and intended use are lawful. Examples include saving your own work, licensed material, public-domain material, or content for which the rights holder has given permission.
You must not use or attempt to use NvidSave to:
Each source platform has its own terms, licenses, and privacy practices. NvidSave support for a domain does not grant you rights to its content or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
You are responsible for reviewing and following the source platform terms and all applicable laws. A technically accessible URL is not necessarily lawful to copy or redistribute.
Files and job records expire after 30 minutes. You are responsible for saving an authorized file before expiry and protecting any copy stored on your device.
We may impose file-size, duration, rate, format, geographic, or platform limits; reject a request; or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse.
NvidSave software, interface, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of NvidSave or third-party content.
Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for the URLs you submit, your authority to process the media, and how you store, use, or distribute any resulting file.
To the extent permitted by law, NvidSave is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from third-party content, platform changes, unavailable files, or misuse of the service.
We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or repeated infringement. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
